ShepherdHill Facilities Management include Building Services,  Mechanical Services and Electrical Services Building,  Mechanical & Electrical (BME) arm of Shepherd Hill Services works in partnership with new and existing customers that require maintenance and repair of a wide range of building services and equipment.

  1. Permanent on-site expertise Engineering resources dedicated to our customers’ business on a permanent basis, providing services throughout the period.
  2. Shared service maintenance Engineers dedicated to a group of customers whose individual maintenance requirements are insufficient for a fully dedicated person.
  3. 24 Hour response, maintenance and repair We provide an emergency response service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We aim to respond to all call-outs through our helpdesk within specified time limits.
  4. Minor building, mechanical & electrical small works We will undertake small installation works for our customers
  5. Minor refurbishment We will undertake routine replacement and upgrade projects for our customers.
  6. Building, Mechanical & electrical Projects We will undertake construction, and installation of projects for our customers.
