- Shared service maintenance Engineers dedicated to a group of customers whose individual maintenance requirements are insufficient for a fully dedicated person.
- 24 Hour response, maintenance and repair We provide an emergency response service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We aim to respond to all call-outs through our helpdesk within specified time limits.
- Minor building, mechanical & electrical small works We will undertake small installation works for our customers
- Minor refurbishment We will undertake routine replacement and upgrade projects for our customers.
- Building, Mechanical & electrical Projects We will undertake construction, and installation of projects for our customers.
